VIP Consulting for Management was founded under the initial name of "Vienna International Partners" in 1996 in preparation of an international management-audit by Dr. Kurt Baumgart and Dr. Franz Heimel. The acronym "VIP" derives from the original name.

The company grew and the team of consultants was expanded. In January 2000 Angela Schuh became managing partner.

Today VIP Consulting for Management has established itself as a consulting company for leadership, VIP assessment services and HR consulting. The team of VIP Consulting comprises experienced experts in Austria and Germany.
